Often bundled with area orientation and home finding services, a destination/settling-in service package adds escorted trips and assistance to establish bank accounts, acquire social insurance or similar documentation, obtain a driver’s license and vehicle registration, etc.
Linking special needs and interests to the local community and services, area orientation is usually a part of the home finding trip or home finding services and includes a detailed area information packet.
We coordinate with your preferred tax services provider (based on your mobility program guidelines) to exchange information and mutually support the assignee. Our goal is to provide an integrated service program that simplifies administration for both our client and the employee.
We manage all employee visas, work permits, and passport processes through the preferred vendor, and we internally track expiration and renewal dates.
We notify your benefits provider of the international move and work with the employee to acquire all necessary information to complete the required forms. During the assignment, we send annual benefits enrollment information to the employee electronically. Our consultant works with the benefits administrator to see that the employee is enrolled in appropriate benefits for the country of assignment and answers employee questions.
